Duties and Responsibilities:
I was employed by China Cache in 2002 as software testing engineer, and experienced testing and developing of Boss 1.0. After six years of workout, I come to be master technologist, take charge of business website developing wholely, including core system oss2.0(for running system ), log for billing and update system.

2007-Now: Participating in developing oss2.0, with adopting flex, webservice, ajax, hibernate, spring and webwor, offering resolutions for decreaing configration time, working pressure, maintainancing cost and errors caused by multiple system operation. We adopted new flex developing technology and model, this item can control risk advancely, and disclose problems timely in order to dicreas risk.
In management, cut periods, give timely communication in check and accept, improved efficiency and decreased blindness activities.
In developing, adoptd plans which staffs particated, improved developing go-aheadism. And I got approbation from company while the project was finished in anticipated time.

Jun 2006-Sep：On basis of nodes log managing system, I participated in developing log billing system, this system solved a big problem in billing and saved much more capital of purchasing equipment.

2005-2006: In order to offering streaming accelerating service for Web2.0 users (Tudou), I participated in developing contents delivery system overtime for meeting users requirements, users can submmit streaming speedily. And so Tudou can increased tens of ability to dealing with load.

2004-2005: In order to share infos with the biggest CDN company, Akamai, I developed log and billing ports independently for its customers in China.

2003-2004: As a progammer, I participated in developing business website for our company.

2002-2003: As testing engineer, I built CVS and Bugzilla system for company,　also constructed basic codes management system.
